It would be my pleasure to provide feedback. How could I not be happy with the excellent service up to now.
In our case the agent we chose to manage our property was critical because we live abroad, and I have to say that the service has exceeded our expectations. All our concerns about renting have been alleviated, the attitude and professionalism of James in particular has allowed us to quickly gain confidence in the service provided. All issues have been taken care of perfectly and professionally. We simply don't worry anymore. In a nutshell the service has been perfect. We would have no hesitation in recommending your services to anyone wanting to rent there property.
For a number of years I let my small, furnished flat on a managed apartment basis through a local agency. Last year the agency ceased trading with practically no notice. The plumber who had replaced the central heating boiler a few years earlier had recommended John Brown Estate Agents. Faced with the prospect of an empty flat generating no income I contacted John Brown and spoke with James Kirkby, the letting manager. With no fuss we arranged a meeting at the flat and I was able to appoint John Brown as my new letting agent on the spot. The flat was let within a week and I was able to receive rent the following month. The flat has now been let for 4 months. I receive a monthly statement and the rent is transferred regularly each month less charges. On the basis of the short period that I have dealt with John Brown and the letting manager I have absolutely no hesitation in highly recommending them.
