“The strength of our business is not just being located in the heart of our community but being actively involved in the community” says John Brown. John and all his staff have a strong local association and take an active role in village life from the traditional Summer Old Coulsdon Village Fair to switching on the lights at Christmas plus many other events in between. The return by so many previous Clients to act on their behalf speaks for itself as even John now acknowledges that he is selling property for the sons and daughters of those Clients!
John finds it hard to believe that his business he established in 1977 is 40 years this August let alone the fact that he started in Estate Agency in 1966!! On a broad-brush guesstimation John has probably sold over 5,000 properties in his career and still maintains his enthusiasm and professionalism often being called upon for his expert advice always given in a friendly manner.
